Virgin Mobile provides a fair range of phone options, and many of which are very cheap, as low as $20. There are also some great specials if you sign up via their website and you can get a free phone, this is an unusual benefit for a prepaid service. The service and reception with Virgin Mobile is excellent. Strong signals in their calling areas and very few dropped calls. Every customer of Virgin Mobile can set up their account and access it anytime online. There a customer can make changes to their service, add services, The Virgin Mobile website is not the most user friendly, navigation can be confusing and it is easy to get lost. This is an area where Virgin Mobile can use some definite improvement. Customer service is available by phone 24/7, however there is an annoying automated system that one must get passed to get to a live person. Cheap Prepaid Cell Phones All in all Virgin Mobile provides excellent phone service for one the cheapest prices in prepaid. If you are looking for bargain prepaid cell phone service then Virgin Mobile is a good choice.
